We have had an excellent experience with Beacon Blinds from start to finish. We purchased 10 rechargeable motorized shades and 7 beautiful, high-quality hardwood shutters, and we couldn’t be happier with both the products and the service. Kevin Baldree was fantastic to work with. He came to our home for the initial estimate, helped us through the process, and the installation went smoothly. The quality of everything we purchased has been outstanding. What really prompted me to finally write this review, though, was the customer service after the sale. We recently realized we had misplaced the charging cables for our motorized shades. I reached out for help, and Kevin personally came by our home today and brought us replacement charging cables. That kind of service is increasingly rare and says a lot about how Beacon Blinds takes care of its customers long after the installation is complete. From the initial quote through installation and now the continued support afterward, our experience has been exceptional. We had such a great experience! They were incredibly easy to work with from start to finish. We had black out electric roller shades put in four bedrooms and floor to ceiling drapes - ceiling mounted, double rack in another room. The blinds and drapery are beautiful and high quality, and the installation was quick, professional, and seamless. Everything turned out exactly how we hoped. Highly recommend!

Update: 3 years in and couldn’t be happier with this purchase! It’s easy to deliver promises and great customer service at the front end of the deal but what Kevin Baldree does at Beacon Blinds is continue this fantastic customer service even years after the sale is done. This sort of customer service is like a unicorn in this day and age and so again, please buy and support local and you will gain a quality product with the golden seal of fantastic customer support behind it! Buy local! Buy quality! Buy great customer service! This was our experience with Kevin at Beacon Blinds. Since purchasing the blinds last year (4 motorized and 2 non motorized) Kevin has been fantastic about answering all our questions, helping with setup and troubleshooting if anything came up. We had a great experience with Kevin from Beacon Blinds. He came to our home and explained what his company had to offer. We wanted 5 indoor shades and 1 exterior shade for our back patio. The wait was only about 4-6 weeks and both installations went smoothly. We really love our shades, such a nice improvement over our old wooden blinds that were getting hard to raise up every day. We are two seniors and appreciate the ease of just using a remote switch for both indoor/outdoor shades. The colors we chose are perfect for our home! Thank you Kevin.
