1. Information We Collect

When you submit a consultation request, contact form, or quote request on our website, we may collect: your name, phone number, email address, home address or zip code, product interest selections, and any message or project details you provide.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to respond to your consultation or quote request, schedule and conduct in-home consultations, provide product recommendations and pricing, communicate about your order status and installation scheduling, and improve our website and services.

3. SMS Consent & Communication

By providing your phone number and checking the consent box on any form on this website, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Beacon Blinds LLC. Messages may include appointment confirmations, scheduling updates, and follow-up communications related to your inquiry. Message frequency: 1–2 messages per inquiry or appointment. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help. We do not share your phone number or SMS consent data with any third parties for their marketing purposes. 4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with our CRM platform (GoHighLevel) for managing consultations and communications, window treatment manufacturers to process your custom orders, and service providers who assist with website hosting and analytics.

5. Cookies, Advertising & Measurement

When you arrive from an advertisement or a search result, we store a first-party cookie on your device for up to 90 days recording how you reached us, including the advertising click identifier and campaign details from the link you followed. We use it to measure which advertising actually leads to enquiries. It does not contain your name, email address or phone number. When you submit a form, these advertising details are recorded against your enquiry in our CRM (see Data Sharing above) so we can tell which advertising produced it.

We use Google Analytics, Google Ads and Google Tag Manager to understand how visitors use the website and which advertising is effective, and ClickCease to detect fraudulent advertisement clicks.

When you submit a form, we also send a SHA-256 hashed form of your email address to Google, solely so it can match your enquiry to an advertisement you clicked. This conversion event sends a hash rather than your plain-text email address. Google can match it against hashed data associated with its accounts. We use this only to measure advertising performance, and we do not sell it. Your phone number is not sent.

6. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
